How does this program differ from Briohny’s classes on Alo Moves?

This program is designed to be a companion to Bri’s classes on Alo Moves. While the physical practice happens on Alo Moves, this program focuses on helping you go beyond just practicing yoga. If you’ve ever wanted to explore yoga on a deeper level or gain tools to personalize your practice, this program could be a great fit for you. It’s about deepening your connection to the practice through lectures, discussions, and an interactive live session with Bri.

Please note that all of Bri’s practice classes can be found exclusively available on Alo Moves. Aligned Yoga offers a program designed to deepen your understanding of yoga—almost like exploring yoga from a teaching perspective. Think of it as a way to bridge the gap between practice and understanding. Bri will guide you through how to get the most out of the classes you’re practicing on Alo Moves—whether that’s adapting poses to suit your body, focusing on specific areas like flexibility or strength, or aligning your practice with personal goals like relaxation or energy-building.

When does the program start?

Access to Transform Your Practice: A New Chapter starts on Jan. 22nd, 2025 at 10am PST. Rest assured, we’ll send you an email to notify you once access starts with everything you need to know about your program. Please note that the date for your live practice with Bri will also be notified once access starts.

What happens if I cannot attend the live practice with Bri?

We’ve got you covered! The live practice with Bri will be recorded and uploaded to the Aligned Trainee Platform for you to access 24 hours later.

What happens if I cannot start on the given date?

The program will become available to you starting on January 22nd, 2025 at 10am PST, when you will be able to watch the pre-recorded lectures and receive the date for the live practice with Bri. You will have access to everything for one full year upon your date of purchase. So if you cannot join on the start week, you will still be able to learn on your own schedule for a year. Please note that guidance and feedback through our learning platform will only be available during the first month of access.

Will I be able to ask questions and receive feedback if I join this program?

Although you have 1-year access to our learning platform and materials, you will only be able to ask questions and receive feedback through the online platform within one month of the program becoming live. This program is designed to help you find proper alignment in your practice and build strength and flexibility through curated Alo Moves classes, pre-recorded lectures, retrospective videos and a live practice with Bri. We encourage our students to study and practice with us synchronously during that first month of access, and take advantage of the chance to ask questions and connect more closely with us during that time.

I just joined! What should I expect before the program starts?

If you’ve decided to join us for our upcoming edition of this program, you can expect an email confirmation with your saved spot and your credentials to access the program when it goes live on January 22nd, 2025. On this date, you will automatically be able to view all the classes and access all the perks included in your program. We're so excited to get started!

I missed my chance to practice with Bri! What happens once I sign up for the waitlist?

If you weren’t able to join us, there's still hope! Make sure that you sign up for the waitlist as directed above and be the first to know when the next edition will happen.
